loose toilet seat early morning noise

I found a couple of things disappointing. the toilet seat in my room felt quite loose. I mentioned it as i left, but i learned they were all like that (which surprised me). also, my room faced the front, and it got pretty noisy early in the morning. it just wasn't the best experience for me.

perfect location friendly staff great facilities

The hotel's location was perfect for attending the dance competition held in the Winter Gardens. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs . We had six rooms for my family and the rooms were clean, spacious and had great facilities. I appreciate the hotel facilities, such as the lounge, pool table, dart board, and board games, to occupy us!

great selection willing staff mini fridge

The breakfast offered a great selection. I enjoyed the Full English breakfast. It was delicious. The staff was willing to help. The room had tea and coffee facilities and even a mini fridge.

The bar was SMALL. It wasn't really a convivial area!
